Good to wait I think to sell the whole thing and true to sell an unfinished house is a problem but really I think this 10% partnership is just another really interested partner in the development process.

Worse case scenario if Windfall does not generate cash in the short term will need another party to pay for the exploration. Better to line this up after defining the preliminary resource and only sell 10% to an interested party. In my view this is not selling the whole farm but getting someone to buy the combine for a share of the incredible harvest that awaits.
