Sorry but selling out upon competion of first resource calculation and before a lot more drilling to enlarge the resources would be really dumb.

Yes Noront would need more money to completely drill and find out what they have on their hands, not soon but eventually. It's far better to do a pp for perhaps 10% of the company and then sell off deposits when everybody including Noront knows what is there.
