NOT from BK. I have not heard any news about financing.

I believe that this is core news, either windfall or JB. The reason is the timing. Rather unusual for Mr. Nemis to halt just a few minutes after the open. He likes to give all shareholders equal access to news. If it was a more deliberate halt, why not halt before the opening?
