You are right about WSR.
If you read the NR of the announced jvs with WSR and ADD the first 2 jvs you will find that it states that NOT and WSR are forming a committee on how best to explore the area.
I did some DD and found that there is a lot of history among Nemis and the WSR team. They are first. They are the best friends and I could go on .......but you got it. There is something special about WSR and thats where I'd put my money if I had any left....:)..Don
