I beg to differ with you guys.

They were the first friends Richard called. The second fiend was ADD.

WSR and Nemis have history. They have worked together in the past. They are forming a committee with NOT management for the whole area. These guys are like brothers. They didn't get any cow pasture they got first pick.

Now I dare any of you tell me that Nemis does not take care of his friends........:)......am I right?

Go back and read the NR and compare it to other jvs and you will see that the tenor of the wording is even friendlier.
