Well we know he's dealing with Chinese people over the mining claim owned there and evidently new claims filed.

The Chinese like a lot of the big boys are only interested in very large projects so personally I feel it's very early for them to be sniffing around. After DE 2, DE 3 etc. and perhaps some mineral bodies further away they could ask for a seat at the table.
