Trading vs Long hold considerations

Next week is going to, I hope, bring news of visual on what will become DE 2, along with some infill visuals.

We all know this will immediatly cause Noront's share price to take off along with other McFauld Lake plays with claims near DE 1/DE 2.

If you are holding long then just wait for assay results and a lot of drilling on DE 2 as Noront share price in 4 mths will be a lot different from next weeks.

However if you are now loaded for bear and tempted to take some money off the table then what's your target?

Results on a DE 2 hit will be visuals and assays several weeks away which is different from the panic that hit when DE 1 hole 5 assays where released. There will, until assays, be a question of what exactly has been found but the 'blue sky' of additional later hits on DE 2 will add to excitement.

Conservative valuation (hey it will run higher that this) by me puts DE 1 currently at $3.50 and balance of Noront at $1, a DE 2 hit doubles valuation of DE 1 so $8 seems to be at least one value the market might put on Noront. That means it could run on the market to $10 and then drop back to $8 after buying frenzy abates.

So trading some shares over $9 on a run might be a not bad idea for some. Of course DE 2 hit might bring in a PP with a major company at $10 which would immediately but a bottom of $10 on share price and now you're looking at $14 or $15 real fast.

What a lovely position it would be for us all to have to make such hard decisions.
