You really do let your creativity run when in wait mode.  It would be very hard to be a silent partner when disclosure would be required upon an arrangement of the type you speak.  I don't see R.N. allowing NOT to be used as a vehicle of subterfuge to take out the other players for a song given his reputation as a straight shooter.
