I agree with most comments, but do realize, there is a 4 Month hold on the 6.5M shares from the PP. They cannot trade prior to this. In the event that AFTER the 4 month hold period, the price is above $6 for 10 consecutive days, the acceleration clause will take effect and the PP holders will have 30 days to exercise these 3.25M warrants.
