Could a simpler reason be involved? Like Noront shares were run up far higher than a cooler head would value them at?

The people investing $26 Million are buying in at a rock bottom true valuation of Noront as of a week or two ago. That's my firm conviction. It's also my conviction that Noront will be worth an awful lot more after more drill results and preliminary resource calculations are made public.
