I thought that NOT was drilling DE1 for the 43101 and have not yet set up a drill on DE2??

Also, someone has posted a few days ago that RN told him only two drills would be working as the other old one is always broken. So It makes me believe that DE2 will not be drilled in the short term. Please correct me if i'm missing something here?
