What is the count on JV agreements?

Is anyone keeping count on the JV agreements? It has been said that as many as 10 agreements are in the making and if they are similar to Lunds as announced today what will Noront do with all that cash? What better way to drill the properites then by having others do it for you while maintaining a strong position. Bring on the next news release.....
