A castle is built stone by stone. At first, it looks like nothing, just random piles, but with time, and vision, and MANAGEMENT, those single stones start to come together...beautifully.

My little Tatiq, it is hard to stay awake all the time that the castle is being built...soo many days and weeks and sometimes MONTHS, but stone by stone, sometimes while we SLEEP!, that castle gets built.

Sometimes, little Tatiq, the weather around that castle is not so nice, it rains or snows, and the workers run for cover for a little while, but worry NOT!. for they will return to follow the plan and the VISION!

Sometimes, when it looks like it will be a very very BIG castle, the MANAGEMENT calls in some help, and soon more stones are being placed...

What a lovely castle! And look, it has a MOAT, and the MANAGEMENT has filled the MOAT with Alligators, and look, the Alligators are chewing on VAN EDEN and EMBRY and other tasty NAY SAYERS...

So sleep, little Tatiq, sleep the sleep of peace and tranquility while the nice team builds their castle, stone by beautiful stone....
