Mr. Nemis is a GENIUS!!!!

With all these joint ventures he not only locks up all the good ground that they have claimed but he explores it for FREE !!!

The odds of us hitting another DE are excellent already but now we will be exploring all over the MIGHTY RING OF FIRE with other peoples money but yet we are still in controle so when one of the others hit we sky rocket to the moon and we barely lifted a finger ather then to say ya go ahead and start drilling over there thats where the IMP said there was something in the ground (I HOPE, OH WELL ITS THERE MONEY ITS OK IF WE MISS ONCE OR TWICE) so when you hit we fly together and if we both hit on different properties we go to the stratusphere and never look back again!
