Still Somebody holding us down

All day, small lots have been hitting the bid. Minutes ago, we hit $4.30 and then a small lot to the bid at $4.27 followed by one order on the ask of 17,000+ at $4.27.

I do not have Brokerage depth - Anyone see which houses keep throwing the small lots into the bid?
