Good Morning,
I have been thinking about this all last night. In a post yesterday, someone else queried this same point and I don't think there was evera reply or commment.
Some of the key words below, talk about a 'substantial portion' of the PP. What does that mean?
Could be less than 50% - Could be more than 50%
NOT and IBK and Agoracom felt it was important to tell us of the names below, BUT, WHY are we not being told of the rest of the PP Partners.
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Feb. 7, 2008) - Noront Resources Ltd. ("Noront") (TSX VENTURE:NOT) has closed a private placement of 6,500,000 units of Noront for aggregate gross proceeds of $26,000,000. Noront is very pleased to announce that Rosseau Asset Management; Pinetree Capital Ltd.; Robert McEwen, President, Evanachan Limited; Pierre Lassonde, Chairman, Franco-Nevada Corporation; Sprott Asset Management; and Northfield Capital Corporation purchased a substantial portion of the units in this private placement.
Could it be Robert Friedland? If not who could it be?
QUESTION TO AGORACOM: Who is / are they? If it is to be kept private can you comment on WHY?
Appreciate Agoracom's reply and thought from NOT posters.
It will be a great NOT day!!
