My original point, which brought up this whole discussion, was that these sells, when I observe them, are part of a downward trend to the sp after it has hiked a few pennies.  It is my belief that they are a cheap way to manipulate the price.  When volume isn't hot and heavy it's easy to knock the sp down as soon as it rises with a series of small sells.  I've watched this time and again particularly with NOT.  Take out these small sells and you would see a decidedly different sp.
