cause I just got paid.... how I wish I had some Not news...I'm in an awful way. Well, atleast i have Cat Stevens.... (truth, the family's in bed and I managed to find myself an Innis & Gunn to rap up my night on ago.)

I must admit... I was expecting news of some type this week, inspite of RN being out of town. When the rumors were swirling earlier this week, there was smoke, no fire yet. It is interesting how quickly the rumour mill silented... is there a lockdown?... and is that news in and of itself?

I continue to realize that it is not important when news comes. As so many others have posted, if you have done your DD, you will be patient, and you will hold tight knowing the odds of significant news are straight ahead. That said, you bet I am looing forward to next week...

I feel both blessed and fortunate that news has not come so quickly in the last few weeks... It may be hard on a fellow, when he has to dream of what might be at DE2... but, some of us have taken this time to complete our positions... and it's funny, In the last few weeks I thought I was full of NOT shares, loaded to the gill's, but, I continue to add... and I'm not sure when I will stop.

I realize full well there is downside risk if this company doesn't hit on a stepout or DE2... the shareprice will suffer. I also realize there is approximately $50million in the hopper with which to continue to look for those chunks of fat in the salami, sorry glorieux for the poor reference. I am willing to bet that we will be hitting fat at somepoint sooner then later, and at that point, we are in fat city.

The news we are waiting for... any of the following will suffice, i'm hoping for #4.

1. rhodium, probably sooner then later... how about 1/2 a gram per tonne over a few of our long holes to spice things up... that's a nice piece.

2. why not a few more JV's to round us up to 10. Get us 10-14 drills working DE and I like our odds.

3. ok, wait for it... we stepped out 100 meters at de1.

4. what about, we stepped out at de1 and we've hit a few meters of massive sulphides at DE2....

There is likely something I've missed here, but, I'm hoping for 2 of 4 in the next few weeks. Perhaps 43-101 to follow in March.

As for the trading... I watched the Thompson One all week and it was interesting to see the volume at the ends of the day, something happens when the last hour hits and people get in a panic to own NOT.... also, at one point in the week early in the day a friend and I were watching and could see a shake out as the market moved around 35 cents against, within minutes it was clawing it's way right back up. There are people accumulating shares... and there are people being shaken from their shares. Be careful and be the accumulator if your must be one of them.

As for the market, we are in a bear market and usually I would not be in juniors in this environment... however, the potential is just too great with NOT. The NOT homerun would be better then Joe Carter's bomb that won the Jays the World Series.

I am hoping and investing that the big score lies ahead...

and I won't have to work no more. (sorry couldn't help it, hoping there's few Cat Stevens fans on the board. lol)
