Today for the very first time I get updated prices in my account valuation based upon Not's real time selling price. I use Schwab for those interested. I was also told the extra penny per share for Canadien stocks under $3.00 was actually negotiable with the market maker they deal with. Schwab advised me to do that with limit pricing which I already did but thought the extra $.01 was not negotiable.
