Definetly - 1000% No chance of JV with NOT at this time ... call Peter Smith yourself and ask him - at this point he is so convinced that the airbornes and ground geophysics are so similar to NOT's = it's the same feeder structure -FNC has enough funds to drill and prove up sulfides - then it will raise additional capital (maybe).

The reason for FNC's move is that it is clearing out all of it's properties other than McFauld's in order to focus on their drilling program that is starting very soon

Uranium properties - It started with Uracan last year -over 1million raised in cash - Jan 2008 - it optioned more properties - see news release.

Now it's - Magpie which is a huge iron ore project - 4KM x 1km all above ground open pit - and will require funds and effort to develop. Fancamp is in midst of 43-101 report on this ore body and will take new company public and raise funds to investigate the site... everyone knows how hot iron ore is and they do not want to dilute the McFaulds lake play.

next will be some of their other iron ore and nickel and gold properties...Every other property than McFaulds is being JV'ed or spun out or sold outright.

That's how important McFaulds discovery really is... 100% focus on this play and don't take eye off ball.

There is no JV with NOT (and believe me they tried )until drilling is done... and Peter is betting he is correct and will find same richness - if not more...which is ok for RN since he sold FNC that claim and has an NSR royalty interest.

Take a look a shares outstanding 28M - NOTHING! and like NOT all of fancamps other properties that are JV'ed etc - get NO recognition just like RN was saying that value of NOT does not reflect other claims nor anomolies.....

Better NOT miss this boat - FNC..

Where do you think NOT is going with it's drill on DE1???? take a look at the maps - there is a huge anomoly that cuts border of FNC and NOT claim - trending down to heart of FNC land...

Call up RN and ask him - all that ground geophysics that NOT had done was for one purpose - locating CONDUCTIVITY - that's the key to the puzzle - drill only those mag anomolies which have Conductivity - and RN said in a recent release that he would not divulge that info....

NOT also doing huge Ground pulse ER's to establish depth...
