All extremely good Questions!!! (see repost below for reference to the questions in point)
About the only response I can give is that between all the professional advisors (and they are suppose to be among the best on the planet) and management, they must think the time had not arrived to make the big (what should be HUGH) move forward. I can understand that sentiment to but a small degree given the need to plan well ahead, buth in terms of starting a truely massive and successful EXPLORATION PROGRAM and interms of knowing exactly what the Development/Buyout phase will yield. Problem I have with all this is that each of these considerations should by now have been made much more clear by management at Noront as well as at the other main players in the "Ring of Fire".
What possible excuse could I offer all of these parties??? EGO's impede success! Greed gets grusome! Where are the Mr. Magoo types in this, I wonder?

Some interesting questions come to mind when you consider RN's statement about enough PGM to make a PGM mine. If the data is as compelling as Fantomas has clearly shown us by comparisons to world deposits, then
1.Why have the W report and the G report not picked up on it?.
2. Why has the market not picked upon it?
3. Why would we settle for a PP at $4.00 if this was already known during the pp negotiations? Could we not have got a PGE company to buy in at 10% for $10/share? Why is NOT not negotiating with PGE companies to get the party going?
4. Why doesn't IBK and JPM use this PGE information publicly to increase shareholder value? Why do news releases and news articles ignore this fact? These PGE's values are not an opinion they are fact. Are they waiting for the 43-101?
6 Why is the market waiting for DE2, when we should already be valued 2 to 3 times higher or closer to take out price?
Opinions?
