Please give me your source of info re cost sharing between Ont Gov't and Debeers re all season road to Victor Mine. My sources, which include MNDM, have not indicated that this arrangement exists. Winter roads maybe, but not all season.

With respect to my assumptions, I did indicate that I felt that they were "very conservative". I hope that you a right, however, and my calculations are way low.
