O.K. I found the post and your introduction Geoproof and there is the Raglan I was referring to in one of my previous posts.

Sorry for ragging on this road issue but it happens to be an issue tossed at the board by negative posters and to be hones a thorn in my side. I believe the road is the least of our problems at this point in time although it would be nice to have one.

You have qualified your figures with "Assumptions for DE1".

If you don't mind I will refer to them as your assumptions. You see there are assumptions such as road maintenance that you factor in yet we don't know who will maintain it yet. Will it be declared a highway for government care? Or will agencies chip in for the cost of maintenance? This road issue is all so speculative as to be, a non issue at this time nor will it be one later on. The Government will build or pay for the road.

I believe your mileage is off by quite a bit from what I've been told although Don Hoy from FWR has informed me that it will be expensive none the less when I discussed this with him the last time this came up.....Don
