In my instance my guy worked 91-00 and then left Cda and has come back and like Franz has also the last 3 years O/S. My guy is not working and hence the problem I see. Franz may be working and may be OK.

I always go back to the case where RC dissallowed EP Taylors claim of being exempt from tax.... he came to Cda regularly for the Queen's Plate and as such they said he had to pay CDn taxes. Nothing is guaranteed with those guys/gals.
