Earlier today, UC was up 50% over the past 5 trading sessions. Perhaps NOT has found something very near UC ground? I don't know, but Spider/KWG have not moved this much and they are the JV's with UC. If none of the other folks halted at the same time as NOT, I would doubt that the news would relate to any sort of JV or major investor. I think it far more likely that we are going to get announcement of DE2. Drillers buying binge just prior to halt?
