TSX vs TSX-V

alright, question for everyone. Someone posted earlier that the news could maybe have been NOT moving to the TSX.

Although that would have been interesting, I am much more excited about today's new release and as PW put it's, "why would anyone sell with the potential of DE3, 4 or 5?"

Anyways, my question is what would it take for NOT to move to the TSX and is there really any huge gain in having this happen? I'm new to investing (1-1.5yrs). Anyways, just trying to start some conversation because I think we all know what it's going to be about tommorow, can't wait!!!!
