Just catching up on my reading but and I suspect that CUTS has already been responded to but if not...
Cuts, apparently you are a pretty smart fellow using your CAD software to assist in your determinations. Now, knowing that you are a smart fellow, you will be able to calculate some simple math (I do not think you will have to use your CAD software but then again...) with the following facts:
135M shares F/D
$4.00 Private Placement
10% In Situ value (Don't want to be overly aggressive you know)
$660.00 GMV / tonne (Ditto the above)
So CUTS, if you plunk the above numbers into your fancy software, do you get 2.0 - 2.5 Mt?
Using my up-to-date technology (read calculator), it tells me that a $4.00 PP with the above facts equals roughly 8.0 Mt.
But, one thing I might have overlooked. Maybe the likes of McEwen, Lassonde, Pinetree, Sprott and Rosseau do not have the same fancy software as you and maybe they indvertantly calculated the there was more than you thought and maybe, they overpaid.
Again CUTS, you are a pretty smart fellow. Go back to the other forum where you intelect can really shine!
