Following this NR, it is very evident that we are making history. A mine there will be at McFauld's!! This fact is very important in assessing the share price. The market has consistently valued us at 10% of GMV. Today, in my opinion, they have to value us at a minimum of 20% of in-Situe value.
So for Eagle 1, were we have 5.6B of GMV according to the Genuity report, we should have a market cap of 1.12B$
Let's give Eagle 2 a value of half Eagle 1 and this would add 560M to our market cap.
Let give 135M to our market cap for Windfall and all other properties
Let's NOT give anything for the blue sky, ie nothing for eagle 3, 4 and 5, Nothing for the deep bridge between Eagle 1 and 2. Nothing for the 70+Million dollars in the kitty including the warrants that will have to be purchased in the next 2 months. Nothing for the 400 sq kilometers of land we have around Canada's next great mining discovery.
This still gives us a market cap of 1.815B or $13.44 per share. So anything under this price is a steel tomorrow and if you can buy more, you should consider it greatly.
If you already have shares and are thinking of selling, This is the minimum that I would even entertain selling at this time. DE2 could end up being 3 times the size of DE1 and then we would be looking at close to $50 per share. Do you really want to sell now before DE2 starts to be defined?
You also have to pay attention to this very important sentence in the NR:
"We are pleased to announce that semi-massive to massive sulphide mineralization has been encountered about 2 kilometers to the southwest of Eagle One, in what is believed to be a peridotite filled conduit of the Eagle One magmatic massive sulphide occurrence.
Neil Novak told me back in November that Eagle 1 and 2 were linked by a deep bridge visible as a ghost image on his imaging charts. Now with Eagle 2 being confirmed, he has now put it in writing that he believes Eagle 1 and 2 are linked by a conduit. To put that in the NR, the 6th line of the release, to get it passed the lawyers, JPMorgan and company, he has to have pretty good reason to think this is the case. You do not even have to read between the lines here, it is spelled out for all of us to see. How many tonnes of ore would 2 kms worth of conduit contain?
Remember my rant about this stock going to $100, well that was based on 56M ton of ore. We have taken a big step in this direction today. Only time will tell if we get there but we are a lot closer now then when I predicted it a few weeks ago.
I truly hope everyone here realizes the magnitude of today's NR. It is phenomenal to be involved in this play.
Enjoy the rush (assays)!!
