before calling Neil Novak, did UC say in their NR of jan. 17 that they already spent $ 1 Million ? I cannot find this statement.

In the NR of december 19th they said:

"A successful flow-through financing earlier this year that raised $1.5 million provided the funding necessary to allow this work to proceed. "
