Like the metals, the supply and price of money is governed by supply/demand forces in a very dynamic and competitive marketplace. Trust me, if you or I had offerred collectively a $26 mil commitment at higher issue prices at that time, RN would have rolled out the red carpet. To suggest otherwise as the poster did is naive and unfair, it suggests he has a conflict with something other than NOT's best interests. We live today in an extremely difficult world for "instant finance", unlike say 1-2 tears ago. This financing eliminated that risk for a lengthier period with negligible dilution. There is no doubt that subsequent events might be more as opposed to less favorable, but when it comes to raising money, timing can be key in removing major risk. Many posters to this board have not experienced shooting a blank at a key financing time, that is OK, but to make negative suggestions about management I think we agree is OB unless the poster is well informed.
