3rd lst paragraph sould read "If per chance, the next 9 trading days see our price trade above $6.00, Noront most likely would request the acceleration clause meaning that warrant holders would have 30 days to exercise or until April 10/08. Now, if this does transpire, the newly converted warrants to shares COULD NOT be traded until June 7/08 (The end of the hold period for both the reccent PP shares and warrants).
