Thanks for that.

I couldn't help but notice that the broker was smart enough to cover his arse on the downside. But even with downsides, we have come to see, with NOT these are never permanent.

They say you never lose in football, you just run out of time...

Well, NOT's got all the time (and hot spots and jv's and money and other properties like windfall) in the world!
