Warrant Acceleration one more time

I think there is a little confusion regarding the warrants attached to the most recent private placement. (If anybody has any questions pertaining to this, do not hesitate to send me a PM)

To clarify:There are 6,500,000 half warrants at an exercise price of $5.00. The holders of the warrants must therefore use 2 half warrants to purchase one share at $5.00. (Once all exercised, 6,500,000 half warrants will be converted to 3,250,000 shares - $16,250,000 goes into our coffers)With respect to the exercise timeframe:The warrants expire on February 7, 2010 which is very unlikely to happen. (anybody other than CUTS think our price won't be over $5.00 come Feb. 7/10?) So this is mute. The acceleration clause states that if the share price closes at or above $6.00 for 10 consecutive trading days, Noront has the option to tell warrant holders that they must exercise the warrants and purchase the additional 3,250,000 shares for $16,250,000 within 30 days of the 10th consecutive $6.00+ day.If per chance, the next 9 trading days see our price trade above $6.00, Noront most likely would request the acceleration clause meaning that warrant holders would have 30 days to exercise or until April 10/08. Now, if this does transpire, the newly converted warrants to shares could not be traded until June 7/08 (The end of the hold period for both the reccent PP shares and warrants)Now it is reasonable to assume that there will be some pressure from PP participants to suppress the price in an effort to not allow it to trade for 10 consecutive days above $6.00. Try as they may, if D3 lands in the next short while, I would asume that they will be happy to open their wallets sooner than later to pony up $5.00 per share for an immediate double at least (IMHO)The action today I beleive was telling. I will go out on a limb and suggest that tomorrow or Friday at the latest we will be getting some very favorable news. What a perfect scenario that would be right beore the PDAC. Can you say "We ain't seen nothin yet!"GLTACheers,
