Hi Everyone,
I had the pleasure of meeting QQ girl at the PDAC show today. She is an absolute delight! I baked cookies (sugar sugar jam jams and brought some to Richard and Neil). Richard was not there. I had a chat with Neil and he told me about his son who at the age of 4 was able to identify a kimberlite. Neil's son is now 17 years old.
My significant other and I brought my 7 year old daughter with us. I bought her stock in Noront, Spider, Bmk and she is facinated. When she comes home from school the first thing she does is get on the computer to see how it has done. For those of you with kids out there, I strongly urge you to get them involved early in the stock market! One of my favorite books "Rich Dad Poor Dad" had a chapter where a son asked his dad to buy him a car. The dad had a lot of money and the son was in a private school where all the kids had high end cars.
The dad decided to give his son some money and a subscription to wall street journal. He told his son that when he doubled the money given to him he could then buy a car. His son went on a learning curve and eventually doubled his money. Did he buy a car? No way.
He was having too much fun in the stock market and there was no way a car would compare to the rush he was getting playing the market. We buy our kids x-box, nintendo, etc. Why not introduce them to the stock market early. I did not see another person with a child today at PDAC. Bring your kids people!!!
Needless to say she is a happy Noront shareholder!!! I took a few pictures of her in front of the Noront/Spider booth.
I have held not stock since sept. and have visited the forum every day to read everyone's postings. I appreciate everyone's input and find it very helpful.
I bought a used paper back copy of The Big score on Amazon for $117.00!! What does that say about the excitement surrounding McFaulds!! This stock has left me with 24 hr goosebumps. I have not been involved with a stock and a story this exciting EVER!. I am in LONG.
This story is in its early chapters and I am proud to be involved in it.
Good Night to all and GO NORONT GO. I Urge all of you to do your daily Noront dance. You run down a hall and click your heels in the air like a rabbit and scream GO NORONT GO!!!!!
