PP financing reason

If any one was wondering why Nemis did a PP before it seemed to be needed, here is an explanation. A few minute ago Paul Bagnall of BNN stated from the PDAC meeting that the junior miners will have a lot of trouble getting financing and the ones with money on hand are okay. As I had posted earlier, he had to go to the trough before it went dry, being the forward thinking kind of guy that he is. IMHO
