That's what I notice too..

a string of sales with small lots of 50 to 200, they run 'em out like dropping fish back into the water, small morsels at lower prices that are impossible to resist.

As the price declines, others small fish panic and begin to sell as well.

Then the feeder becomes the scooper (shark) and grabs all the newly released fish from the panicked retail crowd.
