If it makes you sick then stop watching. I like this kind of stuff for two basic reasons. 1. It means we have something extremely valuable here that is being fought over very intensely by those who simply got to not only be in on a good thing, their ego's tell them they have to win while getting in and they often have the need to also control the "Good Thing - Noront Resources. 2. Anyone who blindly gets into a companies stock in the HOPE they can make fast capital gains/profits on trading it deserve to be challenged intensely. If you know why you are in this stock then you will live very happily with what it does short term and long term if you got in for the long term.
