I guess it would be easier to say after the facts.

The last 10 days we saw the SP go from $4.80 to $6.95. Bringing with this upswing a little wave of new investors who buy "to go with the flow". The perfect bait for the MM.

Timing is great for the MM, after DE2, before DE3, while all the attention is at the PDAC and to top it off they have the market downer on their side so they don't have to work to hard at it . They just have to start the down dance and scoop up the cheap shares.

In my opinion, I wouldn't be surprised that they would scoop up on the way up as well. If they have a forecast of $20,$30,$50 or a $100 a share what a difference of .30 or .40 a share makes.

I don't think we will close under $6. Once DE3 is a fact or DE2 assays are out it should take us to an SP level that getting under $6 will be a lot harder. It's not a few days that will make a difference for the warrant holders.

NOT is the ticker for NORONT resources. But at this stage it can be used as in

Do NOT panic, do NOT sell your shares, you will NOT regret it.

That' the way I see things.

Do your own DD and set yourself free.
