Real Time quotes are not a cheap service to offer and when you multiply this out with the number of members that Agoracom must have, it probably doesn't make any economic sense.

If Agoracom was to charge for us to be members then that could change things, but I am just as happy to not pay for their service and simply obtain access to real time quotes from my discount broker. They are free.
