My take on the Mill City JV is that Mill City gets a cut of the optioners Syndicated claims for paying the exploration bills. Nothing in the Syndicate Agreement disalowing this arrangement.

In fact Noront can do the same and may have actually done the same.

It all goes to making an unsolicited and unwanted 'take over more difficult.
