That sure has been my experience; I am fairly new to this game, and early on I made several buys based on the talking heads they trot out. I have mostly been burned by those choices. To be fair, the markets have been quite volitile since I got started, but I still think they hosed me. Lucky for me, I sold a bunch of IGM financial at about $55. to stary trading, so that, and NOT, eases the pain.
