Just checking in from holidays, wife and kids sleeping. D12, you are right in they do not have to exercise their warrants. It is at the discrestion of management to put this into motion after the SP stays at or above $6. Once this happens and management states that it is forcing their hand, they can either pay up and exercise those warrants, or not pay up and let the warrants run out. I think management will force their hand and they will pay up but that is just my opinion. Happy to see our NOT boat still afloat!

On another note, I was truly expecting a NR this week (many of you as well) I actually think it will come tomorrow. This NR could be the biggest one in our history next to hole # 5. It could contain assays of DE2, (I believe that these are great as they would not of summoned Prof Munger to McFauld's otherwise), visuals on DE3 possibly 4 and maybe drilling at depth on conduits, the salient points of a written report by Prof Munger on his Geology thoughts so far for the area, possibly the NI 43-101 ( I still believe this will come in early April). There is just way too much here, very close in timing that can blow the doors off.

In any case, I am enjoying my holidays but missing my daily fix of NOT and you guys. Keep up the great work.

Glorieux
