Once Noront puts out the CALL to exercise the Warrents the holders of the Warrants have 30 days to exercise the option or the Warrents expire and then become WORTHLESS. So, any current Warrant holder who can NOT pay the Exercise price will see their Warrants Expire WORTHLESS!

It is that simply.

All that needs to be done NOW is for Noront to put out the CALL!
