D12 and Old Joe, is it fair to say you are NOT in disagreement but are talking Theory Vs practicality ? You are both absolutely right in fact - Sitting on the warrants avoids carry and ownership risk, but in the practical world, those risks/costs are negligible, and conversion is presumed .
