Question - deep pockets?

This may have been discussed already...

Is it possible that some group with deep pockets would want these warrants to accelerate? That they would work to make sure we did not close below $6.00 for the last X days?

Is so, what would their strategy be now? To keep the price up? Drop her down and and pick up addtional shares at cheaper prices?
