Not MAY now receive the $5.00 per warrant within the 30 days. Then just prior to June 7 NOT shares will be issued to those that opted to pay the $5 (and why not) so that they then can trade those shares after June 7. Some may be able to do this through the broker but if you are tight on cash now you might have to sell other shares now to buy the $5.00 shares. The key thing is that the $5 goes to NOT coffers.
