Are you a committed investor ? At 5% carry, the most obvious reason for NOT to list is so that guys like me can double their position. Also, a lot of institutional money  avoids  less liquid issues.:

   Listing = broader shareholder base +better  margining = more liqiudity and price stability.

Notice, I've avoided saying "higher price" but that is a reality derivative of this equation.  This is not advice to our pro management, they are obviously going there as expeditiously as possible. Go NOT go !!!
