I understand and agree fully for what I think I got out of your Post. The Major Central Banks, to my watchful eye (NOT always the best but trying all the same) have been working diligently on this for some time and with luck and a few Brass Knuckles they may even get the naysayers (or at least many of them) to not go for the Gusto. Those trying to win may will end up unpleasantly unhappy for trying if they keep their self centered Ego's out front.
