OK, I know we have talked about calculating the current value of NOT, but given the recent value of NOT's DE1 discovery from the BMK presentation shown at $4.3B and the number of outstanding shares at 125,573,062, can we extrapulate a share value of what NOT is worth? Yes, the market values NOT at what ever the SP closed on Friday's close, but given some of the facts we know today what would be a good formula to put a value on NOT? Let's not even use the bluesky potential that exist from DE2 and so on until we know the results from the comming assays. Simple math suggest we should be much higher, but I am interested in what others use as a formula to determine the value of a stock. (ie. spec risk, infrastructure cost, mining cost, unknown cost creap etc are they factors to build into ones formula) The current Genuity report puts NOT at $7.00. Anyone know what they use to determine the value as an example. Very interested in reading what you have to say. Thanks
