Don, I think a lot of investors are sceptical of this news UNTIL it is confirmed in writing.  No doubt HSS source is reliable as he only posts what he hears or knows and his posts are most reliable but I think if it was actually confirmed than a lot more investors would catch wind of this and get in while the SP is so low.  I have to agree that this is good news especially with INCO, but I have not heard of the Vale group before.  Perhaps someone can give us more information of this company.  .  GLTAL  jimmied
